Head Coach, Men's Basketball

Lucas Croteau was hired as the first head coach in the history of the Manchester Community College men’s basketball program in 2024.

Croteau brings 20 years of coaching and playing experience within the state of New Hampshire. As a coach Croteau has been a part of over 100 wins in six seasons. Croteau arrived at Manchester Community College after stints as a head coach at Bow High School as well as an assistant at NHTI and the Tilton School.

In 6 seasons on the bench Croteau has coached 10 players who have gone on to receive postseason accolades. As a high school coach at both Bow and Tilton School, Croteau has helped student athletes continue their playing careers across the junior college and NCAA Division 1, 2 and 3 levels, with several players currently playing professional basketball overseas and in the NBA.

A 2012 graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, Croteau was a two-year captain and helped the Penmen win over 55 games.

A native of Rochester, NH, Croteau is the Husband to Brittany and the father of two girls, Eleanor and Madeline.
