Dr. Bicknell has served with distinction as the leader of MCC since 2020. Immediately before\, he was MCC Vice President of Academic Affairs from 2016 to 2019. Prior to CCSNH\, his higher education administrative career included a six-year tenure at Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology (BFIT) in Boston\, as well as leadership roles at Montserrat College of Art and The Boston Conservatory. \n“This is a bittersweet moment for me\, but also a unique opportunity to serve young people in my home state\,” explained Brian Bicknell. “This has been an incredible experience and although I am excited about my next steps\, my heart will always be tied to Manchester Community College\, its staff and faculty and the amazing students I have had the honor of coming to know during my tenure.” \nAppointed president in 2020\, Bicknell successfully navigated through the pandemic and strengthened MCC academic offerings through his more than four years at the helm.
