The Community College System of New Hampshire was awarded $125\,000 over two years from the Metallica Scholars Initiative to support students developing trade skills at the state’s seven community colleges\, including MCC. Administered by the Foundation for New Hampshire Community Colleges\, the grant provided 224 students with financial assistance to offset the cost of specialized equipment\, materials\, protective gear\, and other necessary degree-specific tools.
