Overview

Successful completion of the Welding Technology certificate gives you the necessary welding skills required for employment as a non-code combination welder or welder’s helper.

The certificate is also a building block for the Welding Technology degree. Completion of the certificate fulfills some of the academic program’s first-year credit requirements and can be applied directly toward the degree.
