Transfer Pathways

Transfer pathways provide an opportunity for students to complete an associate degree in designated majors and transfer to a four-year college or university in a similar major to complete a bachelor’s degree. Plymouth State University offers a Block Transfer Program in Liberal Arts to many BA and BS programs.

NH Transfer

NH Transfer provides resources and support for New Hampshire students to map the most seamless, efficient and cost-effective pathway to degree completion.

At nhtransfer.org, students and parents can find a wealth of information on transfer programs and options as well as scholarship opportunities, advisor contacts, and special events.

To apply to the NH Transfer program (UNH College of Professional Studies, Keene State College, Plymouth State University, UNH Durham, and UNH Manchester), use the online NH Transfer application

Be sure to have the application signed by the MCC Career and Transfer Advisor. You will also need to request your transcripts (high school, MCC, and other colleges attended). MCC transcripts can be requested at https://nighthawks.mccnh.edu/academics/registrar/graduation/transcript-requests/.
