Professor Marcelo advises Business Studies students and teaches business courses at MCC ranging from entry-level Introduction to Business and Management to higher-level courses in Leadership, Human Resources Management and Training & Development.

Christian joined the faculty of MCC after working in retail at TJX for more than a dozen years, having served in several roles ranging from Customer Experience Coordinator to Operations Manager. He also served as Store Manager overseeing 70+ associates and two assistant managers. After TJX, Christian decided to change careers to full-time education and became a Business Education teacher at Nashua High School North, teaching a variety of business courses such as Small Business Management, Introduction to Business, Business Communications, Personal Finance and Computer Applications. He is also studying International/Global Business as part of a Doctorate of Business Administration program at North Central University. In 2023 Christian Marcelo transitioned into a full-time Professor for the Department of Business Studies at MCC.
