About NHTransferNHTransfer Logo

NHTransfer provides resources and support for New Hampshire students to map the most seamless, efficient and cost-effective pathway to degree completion.

At NHTransfer.org, students and parents can find a wealth of information on transfer programs and options as well as scholarship opportunities, advisor contacts, and special events.

To apply to the NH Transfer program (UNH College of Professional Studies, Keene State College, Plymouth State University, UNH Durham, and UNH Manchester), use the online NHTransfer application.

Be sure to have the application signed by the MCC Career and Transfer Advisor. You will also need to request your transcripts (high school, MCC, and other colleges attended). MCC transcripts can be requested on the Nighthawk’s website at Transcript Requests.
