Professor Carignan joined MCC’s faculty in 2015 after more than 30 years as an industry professional, most recently serving as facilities manager and electrician for Osram Sylvania, Inc. in Manchester, NH. Norm is the Department Chair of the Electrical Technologies program and is actively involved in developing curriculum for the program and related STEM pathways.
