On Thursday, March 5th from 4:30 to 5:30 PM in the MPR, MCC’s Health and Exercise Science seniors are hosting a low-impact fitness class designed for all ability levels. This upbeat session features a welcoming community atmosphere, motivating music, and fun while moving.

Donations are appreciated and will help the students design and purchase program sweatshirts. See flyers on campus for a QR code to let us know you are attending.
