The Fitness Center and Student Support are teaming up to host a Well-being Wednesday monthly workshop series. Each month we’ll talk about a different part of the Wellness Wheel to encourage a holistic approach to taking care of ourselves.
This month’s workshop is focused on Intellectual Wellness.
