Overview
Learn the skills needed to work in an entry-level position at agencies that support individuals diagnosed with mental health disorders. Positions might include mental health technician, behavioral health aid or intake counselor.
In addition to entry-level jobs, this certificate is also geared toward those working in the field with an interest in training in mental health. This would also be a useful certificate for those working in related fields, such as nursing, or for people with shared experience with mental illness.
This certificate is also a building block for the Human Services degree.
Outcomes
