College Receptionist / Front Desk
Provides general information about the college and distributes student parking permits.
Academic Advising Center
Provides free academic assistance to students, placement testing, and career planning. Academic tutoring, study skills, computer-assisted instruction and alternative testing are also available. Provides students with additional academic advising options, if the student’s primary advisor is unavailable.
Provides information on transfer credit, credit by examination, academic standards, department chairpersons’ responsibilities and faculty evaluations.

Purchase books, supplies, MCC logo items, etc. (The bookstore has on on-campus location, as well as an online store.)
Bursar’s Office / Cashier
Learn how to pay tuition and fees, and about payment plan options.
Office of Campus Safety
Provides security to the campus community. Report security concerns to this office.
Career Development prepares students for successful careers in the 21st century. In-person and online resources are available to MCC students as they achieve their academic and career goals.
Child Development Center
Provides the community, MCC students and faculty with part-time, full-time and drop-in options. Staffed by fully-degreed ECE teachers. Is run as a Lab School for MCC’s Early Childhood Education program students.
The Fitness Center staff provide free, credible fitness information to students, faculty, and staff at MCC.
Provides information about career opportunities at the college.
The IT staff provides students with any assistance related to College computers, wireless connections, email, and SIS login.
Provides books, videos, periodicals, research/study areas, computer workstations, internet access, and photocopy machines for student use, as well as staff for research help.
Marketing / Public Relations / Media Inquiries
Provides MCC with marketing and promotional tools to maintain and increase enrollment. Also assists in providing web and print marketing for student activities and events. Handles all public relations for MCC as well as inquiries from various media outlets.
Multicultural Center / English Language Learning
Provides a variety of services for non-native speakers of English.

Office of Online Learning
Provides assistance to faculty and students in the use of Canvas (the online learning platform) for 100% online, hybrid and traditional courses. Virtual appointments are also available.
Serves as a resource for the MCC student body: advocating for students as well as offering a variety of leadership and engagement opportunities. Oversees several student service-based offices and departments across campus.
Provides information on student activities – i.e., clubs, organizations, cultural, community and campus activities and leadership opportunities. If you want to join any clubs or participate in college events, contact this office.
Student Support Counselor
Provides counsel and advice to students who are experiencing challenges in pursuit of their educational goals. Student support services include but are not limited to: short-term personal counseling, support and advocacy in identifying campus resources, referral to community agencies, access to on-site food pantry, and Veteran’s support.
Workforce Development Center
Provides non-credit learning opportunities for professional development and personal enrichment.
Helps job seekers improve their skills and add a nationally recognized credential to their resumé. Provides classroom instruction in “Soft Skills” practices identified by employers as key to workplace success.
